Online team wellbeing workshops for remote and hybrid teams
Your team doesn’t need to be in Berlin, or even in the same country. ARUA’s 60- and 90-minute experiences run live online, so remote and hybrid teams across Europe can move, breathe, connect and rest together, wherever they work from.
No yoga experience. No special clothes. No forced vulnerability. No wellbeing jargon.
How it works online
- Live, not recorded. Every experience is facilitated live by ARUA’s founders, and the 90-minute format by both of them.
- From wherever people work. Everyone joins with a camera, from their desk or a quiet corner with a little space to move.
- Adapted to the room, even a virtual one. We shape movement, conversation and rest around your team on the preparation call.
- In English, on Central European Time. We are based in Berlin, which works well for teams across Europe.
Two formats that run online
A compact reset combining accessible movement, mindfulness, breathing and guided relaxation.
Movement, breathing and nervous-system regulation meet conversation, playful team interaction, reflection and sound. Led by both founders.
Founding-client rate: ARUA is new, and we would rather say so. Our first five Berlin client teams get a founding rate in return for honest feedback. Every experience includes a preparation call and a feedback summary.

Good moments for an online reset
- Distributed teams that rarely meet. A shared experience that isn’t another video meeting.
- After a launch or a hard quarter. Recover together before the next push, wherever everyone is.
- Wellbeing weeks across several offices. One experience that every location can join at the same time.
- The end of the year. See our December Reset, which also runs online.
- The pace of AI-enabled work. Space to pause and agree a sustainable pace. Read about the AI dividend.
Teams in or near Berlin can also book ARUA in person, including the half-day reset.
Why it works
Breathing and stress physiology. Slow, structured breathing is one of the few direct levers we have on the stress response. Studies link it to lower physiological arousal, higher heart-rate variability and better mood, sometimes within minutes.
Shared experience and connection. Moving, breathing and laughing together in sync is associated with greater feelings of closeness and trust. Colleagues get to meet each other outside their roles, which is hard to do in a meeting.
Rest and attention. Attention is a limited resource. Deliberate breaks reliably reduce fatigue and restore energy, which is why we end with deep rest and something practical to repeat during the working week.
