ARUA creates interactive wellbeing experiences for modern workplaces, combining mindfulness, movement, sound, reflection and human connection.
Our mission is to make wellbeing a natural part of everyday life and work, creating space for people to pause, reconnect and thrive.
A moment to actually switch off, and come back clearer.
Space to breathe, move and reset your attention.
Time to recover together before the next sprint.
Every ARUA experience weaves together six elements, adapted to the people in the room.
Leave work mode behind.
Release physical tension and get out of the chair.
Explore stress, attention and how we work through simple interactive exercises.
Talk, laugh, reflect and experience something together.
Mindfulness, breathing, sound and deep relaxation.
Take something practical back into the working week.
Three formats, from a 60-minute workplace reset to a half-day team experience, or a custom experience shaped around your team. The 60- and 90-minute formats also run online.
A compact reset for busy teams combining accessible movement, mindfulness, breathing and guided relaxation.
Movement, mindfulness and nervous-system regulation meet conversation, playful team interaction, reflection and sound. Designed to help people reset individually and connect collectively.
A deeper team experience combining wellbeing, connection, movement, reflection, shared breaks and deep relaxation.
Something different in mind? A series across a quarter, a larger group, a company event or a specific occasion. We shape an ARUA experience around your team, adapted to the room.
Every experience includes a preparation call and a feedback summary.
Founding-client rate: ARUA is new, and we would rather say so. Our first five Berlin client teams get a founding rate in return for honest feedback.
Larger groups and company eventsPrices shown are starting prices for the group sizes listed. Planning for more people, several teams or a company-wide event? We explore the right format and price together. Discuss an experience →

Nothing mystical. Each part of the experience draws on research into how stress, connection and rest affect the way people think and work.
Slow, structured breathing is one of the few direct levers we have on the stress response. Studies link it to lower physiological arousal, higher heart-rate variability and better mood, sometimes within minutes.

Moving, breathing and laughing together in sync is associated with greater feelings of closeness and trust. Colleagues get to meet each other outside their roles, which is hard to do in a meeting.
Attention is a limited resource. Deliberate breaks reliably reduce fatigue and restore energy, which is why we end with deep rest and something practical to repeat during the working week.
ARUA experiences support wellbeing. They are not therapy or medical treatment.
Create space between constant stimulation and the next task.
Give colleagues a different way to experience one another beyond meetings, roles and deadlines.
Build greater awareness of how we respond to pressure, communicate, focus and show up at work.
Every ARUA experience is adapted to the people in the room.
For an engineering team, that may mean more attention to mental load, focus and getting out of the head.
For a leadership group, more reflection, communication and regulation.
For a community event, more connection, movement and shared experience.
The methodology stays consistent.
The experience adapts.
