Company sound bath Berlin

Corporate sound bath for teams in Berlin

A sound bath is guided relaxation with live sound: people rest while resonant instruments such as singing bowls and gongs fill the room with long, layered tones. In an ARUA experience, sound sits alongside movement, breathing and connection, so people are ready to actually let go.

No yoga experience. No special clothes. No forced vulnerability. No wellbeing jargon.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a form of guided relaxation. People rest, usually lying down with their eyes closed, while a facilitator plays resonant instruments live, such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes. The “bath” is the sound itself: long, layered tones that fill the room and that you can hear, and with some instruments feel, as gentle vibration.

There is no technique to learn. The sustained tones give the mind one simple thing to rest on, which makes it easier to slow the breath and let thoughts settle than in silent meditation. For people who spend their days switching between screens and messages, it is often the first time in a while that they are fully still.

How sound fits into the experience

  • Workplace Reset, 60 minutes: sound is part of Reset, together with mindfulness, breathing and deep relaxation.
  • Team Wellbeing Experience, 90 minutes: our signature format brings sound instruments and gives Reset the most time. Choose this one if sound is what your team is looking for.

Alongside the sound, people also move, release tension from the working day and spend time connecting. That is what makes the rest feel deep rather than awkward.

What we can honestly say about it

Research on sound baths themselves is still young, and we won’t overclaim. What is well studied is what surrounds the sound: slow breathing lowers physiological arousal, and deliberate rest reduces fatigue and restores energy. Early studies on sound meditation report less tension and better mood afterwards.

ARUA experiences support wellbeing. They are not therapy or medical treatment.
